For some of us with service-based businesses, this time of year (hello, festive season, is that you?) means business is slowing down a bit. This also means a bit more free time to enjoy some sunshine with family and friends.
This doesn’t mean you can simply put your business on the back burner for a couple of weeks and hope and pray everything will be okay in the new year.
Unfortunately, it just doesn’t work that way.
Here’s ho-ho-how to sleigh your digital marketing
I love this time of year. The Jacarandas are blooming, the sun is shining and the air is filled with the scent of sunscreen and happiness (yes, even during this pandemic, there is a sense of excitement in the air).
It’s also during this time, where I take a small break from work to focus a bit more on myself. Before I take the break though, there is a lot that needs to be done to ensure I have a stress-free time away from my keyboard.
This means I have to ensure my business is set up for the festive season. While I won’t be spending as much time behind my desk, I still like to keep in touch with my clients and my audience, so there are several things I need to do to ensure my business survives the festive season.
The festive season is a fun and exciting time for most people. You can use this time to your business’ advantage! With some clever marketing techniques, you can grow your audience AND gain some new clients for the new year too!
In this guide, I share my favourite festive season marketing tips and tricks for service-based small businesses and I share some of my favourite productivity hacks.
